Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for orders above €500:

Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

For all order under €500:

Netherlands
3-4 business days €7.95
Europe 4-7 business days €12.95
Rest of the world 6-12 business days €19.95

For customers in NL and Europe, VAT for the shipping cost will be added at the checkout.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (CEST) will be shipped the next business day. During the sales period, a large number of orders can result in longer delivery times. 

All orders are shipped with PostNL, UPS, DPD or DHL and might require a signature upon delivery. Shipping companies usually operates between 9 AM —6 PM on business days. 


TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products are Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

For all orders shipping outside of the EU, import and duty taxes may apply. Customs policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office. We do not refund or reimburse any custom duties above your order.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are not responsible for any delays due to (unforeseen) circumstances mentioned above. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through the shipping companies websites.

NINAMOUNAH insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. The responsibility of all orders is at yours the moment you receive it. 


ORDER STATUS

Once your order is shipped you will get a notification with the track & trace code. Everything is fully traceable through the website of the shipping company. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.
